Planning Your Visit
Several of Theater in the Open's outdoor performances are free and open to the public. Ticketed shows will have a link to follow to purchase in advance.
Visitors should park at the Maudslay State Park public lot located at 74 Curzon Mill Road. There is no street parking available.
DCR's parking fee is $5 for MA residents and $20 for out-of-state vehicles.
Follow the Theater in the Open flags from the Maudslay parking lot to the performance, and please allow ten minutes to stroll to the site.
Food and drinks are welcome, but there is no alcohol allowed.
Feel free to bring folding chairs and/or blankets, we also provide seating.
In the event of inclement weather, please check Facebook and our website for cancellation notices.
Theater in the Open will no longer sell single use plastic water bottles at box office, but will provide water that you can fill up your own, reusable water bottle with.

ACCESSIBILITY
Theater in the Open’s performances at Maudslay State Park are wheelchair accessible, using specialized wheelchairs kept at the park headquarters. Patrons may also request transport to or from the performance site with DCR staff in motorized carts. Call DCR park headquarters 978-465-7223 for more information.
