Students under 6-years-old

Students under age 6 at the time of programming will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If a student has not yet completed Kindergarten or equivalent schooling at the time of program commencement, Summer Arts workshop may not be the right fit. Please contact maddie@theaterintheopen.org with any questions regarding students under age 6 before registering.

Inclement Weather:

At TITO, we are proud to be an outdoor workshop. We will roll with sunny or rainy days! If it is rainy without a threat of thunder/lightning, we will be under the tents. If severe weather (lightning/flooding/extreme heat index/wildfire smoke, etc) is forecast, Summer Arts Workshop will move to one of our indoor partner spaces whenever possible. You will be emailed and texted in the morning if we’re meeting at an indoor location for the day.

We do our best to monitor the weather and arrange for safe indoor alternatives. Unfortunately, there may be rare circumstances that are out of our control. In the event that we are unable to arrange a safe, indoor alternative, we reserve the option to cancel that day’s programming. The safety of your children is our utmost concern.
