Step right up! If you missed the circus this summer, you're not alone. We did too.  TITO is filling that circus-tent-shaped hole in your heart with our newest program – City Hall Circus. You won't believe your eyes: Foot Juggling, Lasso Tricks, Tango Hula-Hoop, and all the clowns we can fit in City Hall Auditorium. 

Plus, you never know who else might show up – the city archivist, the favorite school math teacher, a local musical family, or maybe even...YOU! We're looking for community members to round out our circus. Tell us about your hidden talent here.
